okay my run was most definitely not as spectacular. yesterday i felt as though i could run forever, even when i decided to stop. i really should have kept going while i could, because today’s was “eh” 45 minutes and i really was shaking. so i’ll probably go for a 2-miler after dinner. I need to get all of the working out that i can in before school tuesday. because then i’ll be limited to afternoon/night only.
time for a lush shower with my new whoosh shower jelly.

it’s a grapefruit/lime jelly that only takes one small bit to lather for my entire body! it smells divine. i always feel that citrus scents make me feel the cleanest afterwards.

snack attacks.
I have a problem with late night snack attacks…so I’m cutting myself off, i can eat between 7am and 7pm!! I might change the 7am thing when school starts considering it starts at 7:25..we’ll see. And I work till 7:15 somedays so that is an exception!!
i think this is keeping me from losing how much i want to lose per week. i don’t want to have another “half-pound” week.

Food Diary 6
Breakfast:
Chobani lemon greek yogurt (mmm)
Lemon tea
Lunch:
1 cup grapes
1.5 cup salad with light balsamic spritzer (see obsessions post)
1 plum
Now I’m home and starrrrrving (not the greatest place to be) so I’m writing this to distract myself. going to shoprite later for fresh fruits and veggies because we’re out! AH.
Dinner:
1 cup grapes
2 turkey meatballs (need that protein)
2 cups salad with light caesar dressing on the side

Breakfast:
I left my orange at home :(
Lunch:
lemon pepper tuna (the packet kind)
5 crackers
1 cup of grapes
and I totally had minty gum for afterwards, lol. bad breath is just embarassing
Dinner:
4 ounces chicken breast with cacciatore sauce, mmm.
1 homemade tamale with salsa (my neighbors are wonderful)

Yet another snowday. Today’s menu:
-WW oatmeal
-Greek Yogurt (it was the honey kind, and not really that good)
-handful of sunchips
-Bowl of veggie soup (homemade by the madre, so no preservatives)
Later, we’re going out for Indian food (fave) so I’ll get something supppperrr spicy, that way I’ll only eat a bit, and bring the rest home for tomorrow. Besides the fact that the gym was closed again (I was going to weigh myself, too!), I have been doing really wel diet wise. Still trying to get a good workout in everyday. So, Jillian Michaels before dinner?
Third snow day in two weeks!
Did the 100 workout yet again- overall good, short workout to get heart rate up. I think I’m going to do some zumba later tonight.
