walking.

annoyed that i made so much running progress and now i can’t run because of surgery healing. BUT, i am going to get back up and work up to it. going on a walk for a couple miles!

this doesn’t happen over night, baby steps, babes:) 
OH. going walking for an hour, i have the best playlist to! I want to start walking more, easy calories to burn, and so much easier to jump into. i won’t feel as guilty if i miss a workout!

i tried, and i just couldn’t run today. my lungs can’t take it with being sick and all. but i’m still going on that walk with 5lb dumbbells.

i’m gonna run my two mile circuit after prom dress shopping with the madre(my dress didn’t work out, because they can only ship it at the end of june.. and hello i’m out of school by then, so it’ll have to wait for senior prom)

then i’m gonna walk the same 2 miles with the fam after dinner with the 5lbs dumbbells. 

maybe i’ll throw in the express bob harper (25 min) cardio session too.
