pissed.

so i haven’t been able to work out in about a week because of surgery (got a cyst removed), and the prescription cocktail they have me on is making me so dehydrated! no matter how much water i drink, i seem to be retaining it all! the scale says i went up 3 pounds in two days! ugh. 

i know that this’ll be figured out once i’m off the pills, but i’m just a little miffed. no real working out for another week or so. i’m going to get in my planks and arm workouts, but my legs are going to have to wait.

just checked the salad tag..

and there are pics of salads either 

  1. drenched in dressing
  2. croutons, croutons, croutons
  3. covered in like 1 WHOLE CUP of shredded cheese. 

omg, nononononono. that’s not what salads are for. stock up on veggie bits/citrus juice for flavor (fresh lemon is a personal favorite)/clean and lean protein for a filling meal. 

come on guys, we’re better than that

so after running around for a million errands, math tutoring, getting my prom dress hemmed, TWO HOURS OF MATH HW later, i haven’t done jillian. and it’s ten and i need to catch up on some sleep. so tomorrow i’ll be waking up at the

cuh-rack of dawn to run, then do jillian, then get ready for school.

BOO ME.
