  • Black Coffee

Lunch:

  • Fage 0% with cherry pom. (super delicious, practically a dessert!) 
  • baby spinach salad with italian dressing (? haven’t made it yet) 

Exercise:

  • Jillian 30 ds level one (day 2) 
  • Body rock abs (?)
