today in the cold rainy weather, it made me realize how much i’m going to miss summer. boo/

TIP: when you don’t lose a ton of weight the first couple of weeks you’ve been exercising, don’t give up. it takes time to make change! it is definitely more likely that you’re losing in measurements. just wait until your clothes start feeling better, looser even!

Food Diary 19

today was so good!

Breakfast:

1/2 grapefruit

Lunch:

Iced Coffee (plain:no cream/sugar)

Salad (sooo good! grated chese, carrots, celery, 1 hard boiled egg)

1 m&m cookie from my friend

Dinner: 

I didn’t exercise today because….

IT WAS SOOOO SUNNY! so i laid out and tanned! it was beautiful, hopefully this weekend when the pool opens i’ll get a head start before senior prom!
