hey just finished working out outside. IT’S FREAKIN’ GORGEOUS OUT. did the february challenge fit test. starting the official workouts tomorrow. god my arms need toning.

another mile down today in body sculpting.

we did 8 rounds of tabata.. i’m literally dying.

-tabata abs, cardio (running/jogging) 

-tabata squats, cardio

-tabata pushups, cardio

-tabata planks, cardio

-tabata tricep dips, cardio

-tabata lunges, cardio 

about 40 minutes of really pushing during gym. i LOVE that i have body sculpting as a time to really get a good workout during school.

I held crow for a good 30 seconds tonight! (however, on my second try i fell flat on my face though, that was embarrassing) 
off again tomorrow morning with friends, love it more and more every time i go! I can definitely see small improvements!

did hot vinyassa yoga TWICE today.

am and pm classes. three hours sweating and i couldn’t feel more fantastic. 

OH. and i’m working on my january goal—finally (first time since starting yoga a month ago) did a full bind! 

now i need to be able to hold it for all breath counts, and january’s goal will be complete! yay!
