4 Steps to Flattening Your Abs

  1. Mix up your exercises!: Sticking to generic crunches will not cut it! Try different ab exercises to spice things up, and keep different muscles working. 
  2. Lose weight first: It’ll be much easier to see results if you have less body fat! So, first concentrate on losing the weight, and then focus on the abs. 
  3. Cut out liquid calories: LIQUID CALORIES ARE THE DEATH OF PEOPLE!!!! Even some really really healthy drinks can rank in hundreds of calories! Before drinking, check all of the nutritional info, and don’t forget to look at the serving size! 
  4. Reduce empty calories!: Empty calories are calories with no beneficial qualities for your health (candy, chips, JUNK, etc.). Cut them out! They cause headaches, mood swings, and FAT!
