Cut out liquid calories: LIQUID CALORIES ARE THE DEATH OF PEOPLE!!!! Even some really really healthy drinks can rank in hundreds of calories! Before drinking, check all of the nutritional info, and don’t forget to look at the serving size!
Reduce empty calories!: Empty calories are calories with no beneficial qualities for your health (candy, chips, JUNK, etc.). Cut them out! They cause headaches, mood swings, and FAT!
