4 Steps to Flattening Your Abs

  1. Mix up your exercises!: Sticking to generic crunches will not cut it! Try different ab exercises to spice things up, and keep different muscles working. 
  2. Lose weight first: It’ll be much easier to see results if you have less body fat! So, first concentrate on losing the weight, and then focus on the abs.

  4. Reduce empty calories!: Empty calories are calories with no beneficial qualities for your health (candy, chips, JUNK, etc.). Cut them out! They cause headaches, mood swings, and FAT!
