for that pedicure. definitely a good reward (for me personally) it’s something that i really enjoy, and i will definitely enjoy it more based on how hard i worked to get it.
new, non-food reward system
- next 20 miles ran, pedicure
- successfully do 10 chaduranga pushups (like for real), yoga towel
- ten lbs. down, new sports bra
- successfully finish 30 ds in feb, 2 LUSH bathbombs
a weekend of empty, alcohol induced calories later,
i lost .5 lbs this week! woo:) going for a run in a bit! i seriously can’t make this a habit next year, but it was fun to go to frats with friends. hm.
- guess who got her license this week? THIS GIRL.
- finally joined a gym.
- down another two pounds! running is really paying off!
