My arms are dead.
trying to do pure cardio after arm day was such a fail yesterday, so i’m re-doing it today.
Shoulders/back:
Wide Grip Lat pull downs- 3x10 80, 80, 70
Narrow grip hammer lat pull downs- 3x10 95, 100, 90
arm press/military press (HOLY SHIT) 3x12 75, 50, 50
back extensions- 3x10
seated cable row- 3x10 95, 95, 80
going to rehearsal, with dumbbells in my car.
going to bicep curls at red lights. will you guys message me some of your favorite weighted arm moves? I need a new arm circuit (hello strapless dress arms)
