5 Minute Morning Workout to Boost Metabolism
Repeat this cycle 2x right when you wake up in the morning :)
- 50 jumping jacks
- 5 pushups
- 20 sit ups
- 20 mountain climbers
- 30 second plank
- 7 burbees
i think i’m going to do this now just for a little break from euro work.

and you guys, i got new workout loot from target! i’ll have to post a picture after my shower!
guys, remember not to beat yourself up for food. especially after eating super healthy every other time. the important thing is to enjoy what you had (and gurl that mac and cheese was deeeelish) as a treat. it isn’t an everyday thing, but a once-i’m-out-with-friends sort of deal.
so now go workout and be happy for the treat and how you’re making yourself healthy and strong!

Food Diary 5
lemon Chobani greek yogurt (oh my god, so refreshing. thumbs up on that one)
big bowl of the left over salad in the fridge
(don’t you just hate when salad leaves get slimified from staying in the fridge too long? gotta get that shit eaten quick.)
Because I wake up late, I ate lunch at like four, oops:) therefore I skipped dinner. But before I went to bed, I had a small handful of plain, raw almonds for the healthy oils everyone is telling me is good for my hair.

Got new oranges! So happy.
coffee (copious amounts as i’m pulling close to an all nighter)
1 cup grapes (green)
.5 cup broccoli (raw)
2 cups salad (small bit of light ranch on the side)
(lol didn’t realize the “green” theme going on”
I have to post a picture of my lunch box tomorrow. it’s the most awesome thing ever.
Smoothie! 1 cup frozen raspberries
.5 cup of frozen blackberries
1 cup of plain chobani greek yogurt
a little bit of milk
1.5 cups salad with un peu caesar dressing.
1 cup grapes! (finally in season, they were absolutely delicious!)
4 saltines with a weight watchers cheese wedge (garlic herb)
