another mile down today in body sculpting.

we did 8 rounds of tabata.. i’m literally dying.

-tabata abs, cardio (running/jogging) 

-tabata squats, cardio

-tabata pushups, cardio

-tabata planks, cardio

-tabata tricep dips, cardio

-tabata lunges, cardio 

about 40 minutes of really pushing during gym. i LOVE that i have body sculpting as a time to really get a good workout during school.

quick power workout tomorrow morning to start the day. definitely doing this. it’s easy cardio, really!

another three miles down, bahamas here i come.

i’m so getting into evening runs! 

  1. the weather isn’t as hot/humid
  2. there is no one around to judge me running/mouthing the words to the power songs i listen to (LOL.) 
  3. it feels more like a much needed break from work than a burden/nuisance to do.

  2. gym membership with classes (spinning!) 
  3. walk/run at least thirty minutes everyday
  4. learn to make differen “green” smoothies 
  5. clean diet
