another mile down today in body sculpting.
we did 8 rounds of tabata.. i’m literally dying.
-tabata abs, cardio (running/jogging)
-tabata squats, cardio
-tabata pushups, cardio
-tabata planks, cardio
-tabata tricep dips, cardio
-tabata lunges, cardio
about 40 minutes of really pushing during gym. i LOVE that i have body sculpting as a time to really get a good workout during school.
another three miles down, bahamas here i come.
i’m so getting into evening runs!
- the weather isn’t as hot/humid
- there is no one around to judge me running/mouthing the words to the power songs i listen to (LOL.)
- it feels more like a much needed break from work than a burden/nuisance to do.
september goals:
get license (gawd, finalllyyyyyyy)gym membership with classes (spinning!)walk/run at least thirty minutes everyday- learn to make differen “green” smoothies
- clean diet
After wasting time watching an unbelievably cheesy (but endearing) abc family movie
I’m off of work my butt off with Shaun T.
I wish I liked running.
