I am the first person to say that I struggle with portion control. This is why I hate when my family leaves family sized bags of junk that sabotage my efforts to lose weight. It’s a process of gaining self control.. But I’m not totally there yet.
SO I started forcing myself to measure out single portion sized baggies of snack or potentially high calorie sneaks. Here I have my pop chip servings (tasty snacks snacks for three pp) and walnuts (unsalted) to mix in for protein and natural oil.
