Food Diary 10

Yesterday I went with the fam to a thing in nyc, so it was a great day trip!

Breakfast: 

ww oatmeal 

tall skinny white mocha 

Lunch: Restaurant edition

oooookay, so we went to a seafood place where they had calories marked by all of the menu options and HO-LY SHIT. everything was cream sauce based and like 12349218347 calories. So my mom and i (we’re doing ww together) were like “uhh what do we do?” then i had an awesome find! 

we split the cajun shrimp appetizer (it was sooo much!) that was only 300 calories to begin with. 

then we both had garden salads with dressing on the side. 

it felt great to eat out and keep my calories in check! 

Dinner: ww recipe

chicken (i wish i knew what spices, because it was so good)

steamed peas

salad

red potatoes and artichoke hearts

and a small bowl of french silk ice cream.
