Breakfast (super late.. should’ve eaten before work):

  • 1 slice Glutino bread (i’m loving this, gluten free/small portions, yum)
  • 1 whole egg sunny side up 
  • red bell pepper slices 

Lunch: 

  • Spinach 1 cup
