I have a really big function to go to today, so i needed my hair to look fabulous. well… i put too much product in, and now it’s all greasy (gross!), so i made a dry shampoo out of whipped egg whites (it really works!), and need something to do while it dries on my head.
i want to blast my core while waiting, so i’m going to do this for however long it takes. easy and accessible workouts for anytime of day. hell yeah to efficiency!
