had an absolutely AWFUL run/walk yesterday

so far 5/20 miles down. 

I was so sore from body sculpting and yoga from the two previous days, but i knew that running would help with the soreness. I just could not get myself to go! I ran the first mile, then jogged/walked the next one. 

however, it did work because i feel tremendously better today. maybe i’ll get another run in before the big game. 

(I also ate a shit ton of pasta at my friends house, so i will not be weighting myself today.)
