i wish i had either:
- enough self control to stop grazing throughout the day (it’s never bad stuff, but little bites of even fruits add up calorie wise)
- better idea of how many calories come in 1 serving of unmarked items (more applies if you didn’t cook the meal yourself.)
so yeah, downloaded myfitnesspal app, and so far it’s awesome! you can set daily calorie intake, it has a DV chart at the end of the day to see what nutrients you have been lacking, an a barcode scanner for easy access! it totally makes tracking a little more convenient!
