then going for a run(: Someone told me that they’ve seen a definite speed improvement! So i’m just going to pat myself on the back for that progress!

here’s my intake for today:
Breakfast (super late.. should’ve eaten before work):
- 1 slice Glutino bread (i’m loving this, gluten free/small portions, yum)
- 1 whole egg sunny side up
- red bell pepper slices
Lunch:
- Spinach 1 cup

It’s a great idea to start small and build your way up! What kinds of fruit do you already enjoy eating? Are you a berry person? Try looking up smoothie recipes that incorporate familiar flavors.. and add some hidden veggies (spinach leaves, carrots, anything)! The fruity flavor will mask any flavors that you don’t like (at least don’t like yet).
This way is a fun way to begin a journey of healthier eating while still getting the nutrients that your body needs!
