this gym mess.

this week was sooo screwy with the ICE AGE that hit my town. Seriously. I didn’t have power for two days, my gym still doesn’t have power. so the schedule isn’t happening this week, sorry guys! 

I am however doing 30 day shred with jillian, and will resume gym classes next week. OMG. i forgot to mention i’m doing 

HOT YOGA twice a week. I feel really bendy.

oh my gosh this was so sweet to read. what an ego boost, thank you soo much for this! I’m so happy to inspire other people. the whole point of this blog was to show people that it isn’t easy.. at least for me it’s not. i fall off the bandwaggon, and i’m not waif skinny. but it’s all about healthy. and living healthfully. it really really makes a difference! <3

YES. strong is beautiful. I feel gross now from putting that stuff in my body. Looking at all this fitspo reminds me that i only have two months until cruise time.. LESGO.

okay, back.

i ate my weight in gross stuff today. going to double the workout tomorrow if the roads are clear.

..did i mention that i got a foot of snow this weekend?!

Monday: cardio circuit-running

Tuesday: spin 6am

Wednesday n/a

Thursday: spin 6:30pm, yoga 7:30pm

Friday: yoga 6:30

Obsessions:

I haven’t done one of these in a while! Here’s three things on my mind:

  1. Rice Works whole grain/brown rice chips. 1 serving is so filling, and they taste delicious! (i love the parmesan ones!)
  2. Turquoise and Caicos nailpolish by Essie. such a great summer/cruise color to put a punch to any look. 
  3. PUMPKIN ANYTHING. pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin car fresheners, pumpkin candles, break, carvings, etc. I love this warm fall scent so much.  I definitely look forward to when it comes out every year!
