when i tell you that when i woke up i could not move my arms, i am not lying. taking a rest day before starting back up 30ds and yoga tomorrow.
did hot vinyassa yoga TWICE today.
am and pm classes. three hours sweating and i couldn’t feel more fantastic.
OH. and i’m working on my january goal—finally (first time since starting yoga a month ago) did a full bind!
now i need to be able to hold it for all breath counts, and january’s goal will be complete! yay!
