I just recently stepped up my training and my skin is going crazy! I always try and take off my makeup before I workout and use prescribed face wash at night. oh my gosh, i know! i did start taking off makeup before working out (it’s just not a good look after a good sweat sesh anyway, haha!) but I did get a prescription for a morning gel and night cream for spot checking breakouts.
- benzoyl peroxide
- retinol
they are miracle workers, but i did notice a difference after skipping a few days. you really have to continually use the stuff to have clear skin.
besides that, i really drink clean-waterwaterWATER. and get a really good exfoliation once a week (I use LUSH cosmetics ocean salt, it really controls oily skin, but is kind of harsh, so use conservatively)

- i’m pretty sure i haven’t shaved my legs in two weeks.. totally didn’t notice until i wore my mid-calves to yoga, ew.
- shark week made me break out like a bitch, so i haven’t worn makeup in two days.
