as you’ve read, i’ve been pretty sick recently, and gained some weight as a consequence of limited activity, and not tracking my intake. well that ends now.
I’m going to start weight training! i’ve been really unhappy with my bod, and i’ve realized that the only way to really change this is to transform it’s shape through use of weighted exercise and cardio! i’ll be logging food, hours, and exercises, because just cardio obviously wasn’t working for me, i need more in order to progress as i’d like!
i’m not asking for the perfect bikini bod, but now’s the time to get pretty damn close!
I have the doctor’s okay to start exercising again
it was a long go with being horrifically sick, but i’m rearing and ready to go!
the accidental diet:
Hi guys, I’m finally back and at around a 75% wellness factor. I’ve been horribly ill will an upper respiratory infection. That being said I haven’t been eating very much of anything, and I lost 6 lbs in three days!
I’m finally able to get some soup in me, but no strenuous workouts until I can breathe heavily without having a coughing fit. sigh.
I’ll definitely let you guys know how everything is keeping up, but at this point, the anti-biotics are finally kicking in, and I’m feeling better!
another mile down today in body sculpting.
we did 8 rounds of tabata.. i’m literally dying.
-tabata abs, cardio (running/jogging)
-tabata squats, cardio
-tabata pushups, cardio
-tabata planks, cardio
-tabata tricep dips, cardio
-tabata lunges, cardio
about 40 minutes of really pushing during gym. i LOVE that i have body sculpting as a time to really get a good workout during school.
