i’ll have you know that we went to hibachi last night, and i stuck to salad a few (like 5 bites) of rice, and half portion of fillet mignon. as you’ve read, i’ve been pretty sick recently, and gained some weight as a consequence of limited activity, and not tracking my intake. well that ends now.  I’m going to start weight training! i’ve been really unhappy with my bod, and i’ve realized that the only way to really change this is to transform it’s shape through use of weighted exercise and cardio!...
