suggestions for a good cleanser/toner...
the humidity.
trying to workout and get some cardio in, but my face is breaking out horribly. i’ve NEVER had bad skin, but this summer has wrecked havoc on my face!
suggestions for a good cleanser/toner combination?
OH and i bought a jumprope! looking up minute by minute workout! i’ve heard the cardio in just twenty minutes alone is amazing!

I have a problem with late night snack attacks…so I’m cutting myself off, i can eat between 7am and 7pm!! I might change the 7am thing when school starts considering it starts at 7:25..we’ll see. And I work till 7:15 somedays so that is an exception!!
i think this is keeping me from losing how much i want to lose per week. i don’t want to have another...

my phone died, so no official tracing for the time being.
I had coffee this morning with one serving of low-fat creamer for 2pp.
My birthday barbecue is in a couple hours and my mom’s friend is grilling lamb. so i asked my mom to have plenty of salad and fruit options for side dishes! :)
keeping it healthy and in moderation!

finished off my FAGE yogurt :/ must make a target...
so good. greek yogurt for 2pp and only 100 calories. very filling and a must-have for breakfasts!
