i also made new eating rules:
no eating outside of the first floor (no taking food to my room) eat in the presence of others only (no sneaking) no eating in front of the tv/computer  use portion control dishes

ever since my derailing, i’ve been trying to figure out ways to keep me on track. one was listing some of my weaknesses/triggers. doing this helps me visualize what is toxic/what i definitely do not need in my life.  1. fatty breakfast foods (pancakes, bacon, etc) 2. oreos 3. salted tortilla chips i’m sure there’s more, but this is right now.

Breakfast: (i’ve been on an eggs stint) 2 scrambled eggs 1/2 grapefruit Lunch:  Lean Cuisine Shrimp and Angel Hair pasta (230 cals) 1 serving reduced fat nilla wafers waterrrrrr Snack: 4 4inch celery bits with 1 serving weight watchers cream cheese Dinner:  going out for indian food, so that’s why i kept the calories to a minimum today andddd I already did my INSANITY...

Breakfast 2 scrambled eggs 1/2 grape fruit waterrrrr Lunch/dinner (got home late from work): tuscan pesto salad from Fresh Express (280 cals) waterrrrr Skinny cow popsicle (100 cal)  Snack: 1 hard boiled egg 2 fat free fig newtons  Insanity is still going well, just totally sore! and i finally went to the store to buy fresh veggies that i’ve been lacking!:)
