Food Diary 23
Breakfast:
raspberry greek yogurt with granola and flax (seriously, you can put flax on EVERYTHING.)
Lunch:
large spinach leave salad with fresh salsa as dressing (the tub i got at my grocery store is 5 calories for 2 tablespoons.. with 16 servings, THAT’S LESS THAN 100 CALORIES FOR THE ENTIRE THING. AND IT’S SPICY AND DELISH!)
