Breakfast:
one small-medium banana
coffee
Lunch:(i ate at wendy’s, but looked up nutrition info)
1/2 size baja salad (no dressing) (370 cal.)
1 plain baked potato (270 cal)
I was really in between outings, so wendy’s was convenient, but now that i’m home i’ll give my self a kick in the ass with some bodyrock!
