horridtaste asked: Don't let one binge get you down!! All it means is that you have to watch yourself more carefully.
Make sure you have healthy snack options on you at all times and that you're super hydrated. If you've already eaten something healthy, you'll be too full to binge.
And if you do eat outside of your allotted foods, make sure you grab a salad plate, or one smaller...
