i’m gonna run my two mile circuit after prom dress shopping with the madre(my dress didn’t work out, because they can only ship it at the end of june.. and hello i’m out of school by then, so it’ll have to wait for senior prom)
then i’m gonna walk the same 2 miles with the fam after dinner with the 5lbs dumbbells.
maybe i’ll throw in the express bob harper...

Food Diary 11
Breakfast:
2 eggs with pinch of onions, pinch of red peppers, and 2 oz of lean chicken breast.
lemon tea
Lunch:
salad with carrots and red peppers.
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 ww bun with a tbspoon of honey
Dinner: OMG IT WAS SO GOOD.
ww “crispy chicken cones” with cilantro/ mayo sauce. it was so fresh and delicious!

Yesterday I went with the fam to a thing in nyc, so it was a great day trip!
Breakfast:

guys, remember not to beat yourself up for food. especially after eating super healthy every other time. the important thing is to enjoy what you had (and gurl that mac and cheese was deeeelish) as a treat. it isn’t an everyday thing, but a once-i’m-out-with-friends sort of deal.
so now go workout and be happy for the treat and how you’re making yourself healthy and strong!

Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs
1 vanilla chobani greek yogurt (oh my god, it was like dessert for breakfast!)
Lunch:
so… i was college visiting and we went to panera, and while i could’ve had a boring salad, i decided to treat myself with 1/2 mac n cheese and 1/2 black bean soup (with an apple).
So i’m happy for the food break, but now i’m going on a 2 mile run around...
