Back to reality, all! Breakfast: ww oatmeal lemon ginger tea Lunch:  Salad with aisian ginger spritzer Granny smith  water bottle Dinner: water (ohmygod, new recipe coming up soon): ww dijon artichoke hearts and red potatoes. HOLY EFF. this sounds absolutely gross.. it is the BEST weight watchers recipe EVER.  i’ll post it soon and you guys HAVE to try it. amazing.

b12 vitamins: they aid in circulatory stuff which is cool, but they also repair hair and nails! they ultimately allow your hair to be healthier, therefore it grows faster and stronger! my hair is actually getting longer than it has ever gotten before! i’m really excited!
