this gym mess.
this week was sooo screwy with the ICE AGE that hit my town. Seriously. I didn’t have power for two days, my gym still doesn’t have power. so the schedule isn’t happening this week, sorry guys!  I am however doing 30 day shred with jillian, and will resume gym classes next week. OMG. i forgot to mention i’m doing  HOT YOGA twice a week. I feel really bendy.
