Third snow day in two weeks!
Did the 100 workout yet again- overall good, short workout to get heart rate up. I think I’m going to do some zumba later tonight.
Weigh in tomorrow.
I kept on track, ate well
worked out
I’m hoping for two or three pounds.

So I had body sculpting today and here was the workout it was an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible). I got a proud five rounds when mostly everyone averaged three.
5 thrusters (when you come up from a squat, you thrust your weights up, repeat. 12 lbs)
5 burpee pull ups (I did modified pull ups)
20 crunches
150 jump ropes
1 lap (1/4 mile)
Not bad, not bad.

so two hour delay tomorrow. Which means:
a full eight hours of sleep
time for morning workout
morning shower
AND DOING MY HAIR
actually eating breakfast in the kitchen, not while walking out the door.
Generally being totally fresh and fab for school.
MMHM, that’s what I’m talking about.

Doing the 100 workout again when I get home. Maybe some Jillian Michaels too. Putting off homework as long as possible, might as well burn some calories while I’m at it.

I wore sweats during the 100 workout, and it really had me like sweating. BUH-BYE CALORIE BITCHES!

Went to Shop Rite to pick up some greek yogurt today (great for you— antibiotic freeand super filling) and they had like 17 different flavors! I was so excited. Lame, yes, but I think everyone needs a little switcharoo to break the monotony of their healthy lifestyle change. This way, it’s easier to stay on.

Alright, went back to weight watchers today. After seeing J-Hud everywhere, I want to look like her. She has the cutest body now. Like curvy, but fit. That’s what I want!
So yeah, I’m tracking my points, and drinking my water. I’m going for four pounds this week. (especially after seeing my current weight, yikes!) So new year, new mindset, new body.
