Went to Jazzercise with a friend, and oh my gosh, you can totally tell I haven’t done good cardio in forever. I felt like I was just going to melt fall apart, but I got through it. Made me yet again tell myself that going to the gym is a major priority. So yeah, and hour of cardio/strength training.
